F-GAS Registered Contractor
KSD is an F-Gas registered contractor. The law now demands that all businesses and individuals completing the installation and servicing of refrigeration, air-conditioning or heat pump equipment (SRAC work), which contains or is designed to contain F Gas refrigerants, must be fully trained and certified to do so. As an industry standard all businesses must obtain a company certificate as evidence that they are fully capable of conducting this work.
Constructionline
KSD is registered with Constructionline. As a supplier, you’ll know that jumping through the same vetting hoops every time you tender is not a brilliant use of time and resources. And for buyers, sifting through pre-qualification data and keeping it up to date adds up to a similarly wasteful job. Constructionline helps both sides of the deal bypass these problems, saving everyone time, money and hassle in the process.
OHSAS 18001 Certified
KSD is a fully certified OHSAS 18001 contractor. OHSAS 18001 is a British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It exists to help all kinds of organisations put in place demonstrably sound occupational health and safety performance. It is widely seen as the world’s most recognised occupational health and safety management systems standard.
In addition, our accreditation is audited every 6 months by The British Standards Institute.
BIFM affiliated contractor
KSD is an affiliated member of the British Institute of Facilities Management, which is a body which advanced excellence across the facilities management professions.
Gas Safe
KSD is a gas safe approved contractor. Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey, appointed by the relevant Health and Safety Authority for each area. By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1 April 2009 and Northern Ireland and Guernsey on 1 April 2010.
