Changing the way young people think

KSD are proud to announce their partnership with ‘Dare to Dream’ as the headline sponsor for 2019/2020. KSD are fully committed to the support and development of young people in our community and are in already in partnership with Brighton Aldridge Community Academy which together formed The Aldridge KSD Construction Academy.

KSD believe Dare to Dream programme will provide young people with the confidence and inspiration they need to go on and be successful in life and their future career, the programme challenges the way young people think, working with local influencers and businesses, the programme will be working with schools, youth clubs, colleges and universities to give young people the confidence they need to fulfil their potential. Using themes of resilience, confidence, belief and determination, the speakers use their own experiences and extensive knowledge to drive and motivate young people of today.
